Kitchen Team Leader – Dorchester Premier Inn

Join our team as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your chef career. You will manage rotas, place food orders, lead the team through busy services, and keep everything audit-ready. Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you’ll own the kitchen from food quality to hygiene – a hands‑on leadership role ideal for those ready to grow into a Head Chef.
