Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and advisory support to the Director of Housekeeping, to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the Housekeeping department.
• Supervise and oversee the day‑to‑day Housekeeping operation including inspection of guest rooms and public areas.
• Coach and train all talents in the department, improve their work performance through inspections, corrections of standards and provide direction.
• Ensure hotel and housekeeping regulations and procedures are being followed by all HK associates.
• Attend and assist to conduct Housekeeping communication meetings.
• Investigate complaints, take corrective actions and follow through.
• Conduct daily physical inspections of guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets, and offices to ensure prescribed standards of cleanliness. ...
