Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions, responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move through the space and do what needs to be done: deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces, and perform other similar duties. Guest Environment Experts ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present a professional uniform, appearance and communication. They are on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for extended periods) and take a hands‑on approach to work, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
