Role: Chef de Partie - Arcus at The Imperial (New Opening Hotel)
40 hours a week (5 Days out of 7 Days weekly rota)
This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial - a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Chef de Partie to run a kitchen section with confidence and consistency. You will play a key role in delivering high quality dishes, supporting junior chefs and maintaining excellent standards throughout service.
Lead and support Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service.
Ensure food hygiene, allergen controls and safety standards are followed at all times.
Control waste, portioning and stock within your section.
