Position: Hotel Bellman

Work Week & Shift: 6 days

Location: Central Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth, attend to enquiries, and provide tourist information.
• Assist guests with special needs or physical disabilities .
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room amenities and facilities.
• Provide luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests.
• Direct traffic at the driveway and assist guests in and out of vehicles.
• Deliver incoming items to guest rooms promptly.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of luggage rooms and trolleys.
• Ensure guest safety by reporting any suspicious persons, activities, or items.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level qualification.
• Willing to work
