The Assistant Front Office Manager will have oversight of the front office staff, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development, payroll, and scheduling. Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
+ Supervise Front Desk staff: interviewing and onboarding new colleagues, disciplinary action, performance evaluations, training, payroll, and development. Schedule staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy.
