The Job:
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will in the main ensure the quality and standards of food and beverage service are consistently achieved and the staff are motivated and developed to enable them to meet the hotel guests’ expectations.
At the heart of this hotel, this operation boasts a variety of food, beverage and event experiences. It is attention to detail in this hotel environment that is key, delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding the guest experience in what will be a very operational role. Continually reviewing and improving this customer service and the guest experience. Ideally, you will be computer literate, although specifics can be taught regarding Rota’s, PO systems, etc. Working closely with the Management team you will work towards the continual development of the operation.
