Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hot Section Chef with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a seafood restaurant in the same position. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality hot seafood dishes while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present hot seafood dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Ensure all seafood products are handled, stored, and cooked properly.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot section at all times.
