Operational Support
- Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Assist in managing guest lists for special events, banquets, and private dining.
- Support outlet managers in daily operations and reporting.
