Job Title: Hostess – Multipurpose Role

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Food

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Assist in front-of-house operations including guest queries and follow-ups
Coordinate with service staff and kitchen to ensure smooth dining experience
Handle guest complaints and provide prompt solutions
Support in promotional or event activities as required
Assist in light administrative tasks and maintaining guest records
Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Punctual and reliable
