General Description: Hosts are responsible for providing warm hospitality to guests, managing reservations and walk-in diners, helping to facilitate the flow of service throughout the night and maintain a general command of the food and beverage menu. • Maintains warmth and hospitality in all correspondence with guests.
• Has a strong working knowledge of Monte's reservations software and reservations policy.
