Lookout Tavern, a modern social tavern in North Phoenix, is seeking a friendly and professional Host to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, the ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment, and have a positive and upbeat attitude. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting customers, managing reservations and seating arrangements, and ensuring that the front of house runs smoothly. In addition a major part of your daily tasks are assisting with order take-outs and 3rd party delivery management.

Responsibilities

+ Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.

+ Manage delivery and to-go orders through our 3rd party delivery partners

+ Manage reservations and maintain the waitlist accurately.

+ Monitor the flow of traffic in the restaurant to ensure timely seating of guests.

+ Assist servers with table assignments and distributing menus.
