**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Host-Cashier is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing seating. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Creates a welcoming atmosphere and greets guests with a friendly and professional demeaner.
+ Manage waitlists or reservations and seating assignments to ensure a smooth service flow.
+ Provide menus and be informative to guests.
+ Communicate with servers and management regarding table availability and guest needs.
+ Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entrance area.
