From the name, to food and décor, every detail of Kurt Gutenbrunner’s first NYC restaurant reflects and embodies his culinary history and vision. Wallsé’s harmony of elegance, simplicity and lightness won the restaurant two stars from the New York Times only two months after opening and a coveted Michelin star in 2006.

Our hosts and hostesses are the first and last encounter for our member and guest experience at Wallsé. They have the enviable task of setting the tone for the exciting experience ahead with a warm, knowledgeable and enthusiastic welcome.
