Position Overview
Job Summary
As a Support Services Technician with Corewell Health, you will make a meaningful impact by assisting patients and care teams across areas such as Environmental Services, Nutrition Services, Patient Transport, Reception, and Supply Chain. You will remain on one unit per shift, supporting about 12–15 patients each day by ordering and delivering meals, completing daily room cleaning, providing one‑way transport to the discharge lounge or lobby, and responding to non‑clinical requests through concierge technology. Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork are essential as you help create a seamless and positive patient experience.
