SouthMuskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge, Ontario requires Hospitalist Locums to support the addition of a new acute care line launching April 1, 2025.

Description

• Week-long block of work from Monday 0800 to Monday 0800
• Choose one week or several
• Census goal of 15-22 patients a day

Support

• Shared coverage of all hospital in‑patients with a second Hospitalist (excluding the ICU, covered by Internists and Surgeons)
• We can pair you with a local physician familiar with our EMR for support
• Local consults provided by General Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Urology, GP Anaesthesia, GP OB and Palliative Care
• Psychiatry support available from colleagues in Orillia
• Orthopedics support available in Barrie, Orillia, and Collingwood
