Provide direct consultation on nutrition and exercise regimens for patients at hospitals, private clinics, patient clubs, and marketing events (upon request).
Collect customer information post-consultation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, hospital departments/canteens, private clinic staff, and consumers.
Collaborate with the Field Force team at hospitals and clinics to drive operational results.
Support the Sales team in executing activities at hospitals and clinics according to the company's schedule.
Ensure and take responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of information submitted in reports and on the system.
Report to the territory's Ethical PGs Supervisor.
2. Requirements:
Good communication skills, fluent and articulate.
Preferably with experience in sales or customer service.
