Support overall facilities and systems management, including maintenance of buildings and infrastructure
Assist in project management for new construction, upgrading, and improvement works
Develop and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programmes
Manage and coordinate service partners, vendors, and contractors
Provide technical support and advisory to internal stakeholders and user departments
Support compliance with statutory requirements, including fire safety, environmental sustainability (e.g. Green Mark), and workplace safety
