Position: Hospice Social Worker - PRN


Remote/Virtual Position : No 
Coverage Area: Denver metro / surrounding areas

Salary: $36 - $42 / hour + mileage
Schedule: PRN as need / after hours on call / holiday support
Must be licensed in the state of CO as an LSW or LCSW
