Overview


Oversees the daily operations and management of hospice room and board services. Supervises staff, coordinates patient accommodations, ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, and supports the comfort and well-being of hospice patients in residential settings.


Responsibilities


+ Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly activities of Revenue Cycle Analysts, including inpatient Medicaid authorizations, facility invoicing and repricing, accounts payable reconciliation and approval, invoice submission, and inpatient day reconciliation.

+ Achieve departmental objectives by supervising staff, organizing workloads, and monitoring work processes and procedures.

+ Support financial planning by understanding the financial impact of Room & Board receivable and payable functions.
