**BAYADA Hospice has an immediate opening for a Full time Spiritual Counselor. This Hospice Spiritual Counselor position is for visits in Chittenden, Franklin and Washington Counties in VT.**

**This individual will be a member of an experienced hospice care team that provides assessments, education and symptom management related to end of life care.**

**Hospice / care experience preferred, along with experience making home visits.**
