St Mary Hospice, a member of Trinity Health, has a need for a Full-time Account Executive.
The Account Executive, under the supervision of the Sales Manager and the Director of Sales, acts as a liaison between St Mary Hospice and referral sources such as discharge planners in acute care, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation settings, as well as independent living, personal care and assisted living facilities, CCRCs and physician practices. The Account Executive is the face of St Mary Hospice in their assigned geography. The Account Executive works across all departments as necessary to coordinate care.
