Our client, SSS Growers Pty Ltd is a farm in regional NSW that grows blueberries, raspberries and blackberries of different varieties and aims to provide our customers with fresh and quality produce. SSS Growers Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled Horticulture Farm Manager to join their team.



Tasks:

• Plan and coordinate the cultivation and harvesting of blueberries and blackberries across different varieties, considering seasonal conditions, soil quality and market demand.

• Select suitable varieties and manage planting activities including seedlings and propagation to ensure consistent yield and quality.

• Monitor and maintain crop health through pruning, de budding and canopy management, ensuring optimal growth conditions for each berry type.
