SUMMARY:
Build a high-standard, hands-on tree health system where problems are identified early and addressed immediately, staff are developed through daily guidance, trees remain consistently healthy, and the nursery operates proactively rather than reactively. Actively maintain and improve tree health in the nursery through daily hands-on work, supervision, and a preventative approach. This role is not only supervisory — the Horticultural Supervisor must work alongside the teams, ensuring all tasks are done correctly and consistently.
