Summary: Responsible for leading the Sales Department. The Sales Manager is responsible for operations, sales performance results, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction in the Sales Department.


Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has direct supervisory responsibilities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

+ Ensure successful achievement of all monthly sales & CSI objectives for the dealership, as outlined by the manufacturer and the Hendrick Pre-owned Performance Plan Objectives.

+ Ensure successful achievement of Autoguard Tier 3 each month.

+ Ensure MOC reputation achievement each month, per the Hendrick guidelines.

+ Responsible for improving sales and operations.
