Working hours: 40 hours per week

Ann Fowler House is Supported Accommodation for 37 adults with complex needs experiencing homelessness.

We are looking to recruit a Homeless Resettlement Worker (known internally as a Support Worker), who is motivated, person centred, keen to work as part of a team to deliver great results and ultimately make a positive difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote choice by working in partnership with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to meet the diverse needs of service users and break down barriers in accessing more permanent housing
Work in line with all relevant legislation and guidelines to protect service users, staff and visitors from any abuse, accident, or injury.
