Care Home Manager – La Fontana Care Home (Martock, Somerset)

Contract: Full Time. Salary: £80,000 + up to 40% Annual Bonus per annum. Shift Type: Days. Contracted hours: 40.

La Fontana is a purpose-built 76‑bed nursing and dementia home located just outside Martock in the Somerset countryside. The service is rated Good in all areas by the CQC (October 2022) and scored 9.5/10 on carehome.co.uk. The home is currently operating with no agency use.

Occupancy is around 71% (54 residents). The foundations are strong, but there’s clear headroom to improve performance and strengthen an already positive reputation.
