Silver Lodge Care Home is launching a new chapter and this is your opportunity to lead it. Previously part of a shared registration with its sister service, our service is now stepping forward as a standalone, specialist dementia nursing home. With its own identity, its own leadership, and a clear direction, this is more than a management role; it is the chance to shape, define and elevate a service with real potential.

This is a 40‑bed nursing home currently supporting 32 residents and transitioning fully into a specialist complex dementia model. Commercially, the home is in a strong position with healthy occupancy and solid foundations.
