Position Overview:

TheRegistered Nurse – Home Healthis responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.

Schedule:Monday - Friday with on-call rotation

Territory: Blaine, Brooklyn Park, Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Savage, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Hastings, Cottage Grove, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, Mahtomedi, Circle Pines. Central NE and SE territory.
