Position Overview:
Physical Therapist, PTs provide professional physical therapy services to the organization’s clients as prescribed by the physician, and in compliance with the state’s professional practice act for physical therapy, any applicable licensure/certification requirements, and the organization’s policies and procedures.
Position Highlights:
Accurately assesses clients at admission and other required time points and utilizes appropriate standardized documentation. Assesses the client’s condition and needs and determines the agency’s ability to meet those needs in the home care setting.<...
