Pride Health is hiring a Home Health/Hospice RN for a client in MS! (Contract) Schedule & Work Details
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- On-call: Minimal- One Saturday a month
- Coverage areas include Pearl River County, Hancock County, Stone County
- Mileage reimbursed between patient visits
- Hourly pay rate: $48-53.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Complete RN OASIS Start of Care assessments accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform RN discharge visits and recertification assessments
- Provide skilled nursing services including medication set ups and wound care
- Assess patient condition, monitor progress, and identify changes requiring intervention
