The Home Health Data and Reporting Coordinator supports operational and business functions through data management, reporting, payroll support, and system administration activities. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and maintaining data to support business operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity across multiple reporting platforms. The ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience creating pivot tables and dashboards, and the ability to transform data into meaningful reports that support operational decision-making. This position works in a hybrid environment and partners closely with leadership to provide accurate reporting and process improvement support.
