Position Overview
Elevate customer satisfaction with Saskatoon Co-op as a Home Consultant. In this role, you will provide accurate estimates and foster strong relationships with customers while meeting their needs.
As a Home Consultant, you will report to the Project Centre Manager and play a key role in improving products and services. Your tasks will include managing special orders, delivering timely project estimates, and assisting in account management with the Contractor Sales Representative. A proactive approach and service orientation are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate estimates promptly for customer projects
• Manage special orders with suppliers for customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of all merchandise in the department
• Support account management for current and future customer accounts
• Assist with reports and perform sales floor duties as required
