We are hiring an Office Coordinator to join our Home Care Department. The Office Coordinator assists with the daily operations in the department to include Resident billing, maintenance of department records, and deliverance of excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
Compensation: commensurate with experience between $20.00 - $25.00 hourly.
How you will make an impact:
+ Completing Home Support billing and payroll functions accurately and timely
+ Assisting in training and orientation of new team members
+ Assisting in the resident satisfaction process
+ Monitoring staff compliance and documentation to include training, license certification, staff meetings, and policy announcements
+ Performing office duties to include: answering phones, generating reports, filing, and copying
