The Consumer Insights Director is responsible for driving sustainable growth across Home Care Greater Asia through deep consumer, shopper and market understanding, translating insights into actionable strategies that shape brand growth, innovation, portfolio choices and business decisions. As a member of the Home Care Greater Asia Leadership Team, the role partners closely with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D leaders to identify growth opportunities, inform strategic choices and ensure the voice of the consumer is embedded in decision making across the business.
