**The Account Executive, under the supervision of the Sales Manager and the Director of Sales, acts as a liaison between Mercy Home Health and referral sources such as discharge planners in acute care, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation settings, as well as independent living, personal care and assisted living facilities, CCRCs and physician practices. The Account Executive is the face of Mercy Home Health/ in their assigned geography. The Account Executive works across all departments as necessary to coordinate care.
