Our client is looking for friendly, and experienced Home and Community Support Worker,  motivated and ready to join our amazing team to assist our clients with independent living within their own home.

This ensures clients receive services and support to maintain a safe, independent and high quality of life.

• Personal Care
• Transport
• Shopping
• Medication administration
• Respite Care
• Socialisation
• Other support tasks

Essential Qualifications

• Certificate III Individual Support (Aged Care/Home & Community) (or higher) or similar highly desirable.
