**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced **Hoist Operator** to support a large-scale student housing construction project in Nanaimo, BC. This is a key role responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a personnel and materials hoist within a high-rise environment. Your work will directly contribute to site productivity, safety, and overall project success.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Safely operate personnel and material hoists in accordance with site policies and manufacturer guidelines
+ Transport workers, tools, and construction materials between building levels
+ Perform daily pre-operational inspections and report any safety or mechanical concerns
