Kindly Note:
Qualification: M. Design / MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
Experience: 8 – 12 years in Business Development / Product Management
Industry Preference: Prior experience in STEAM Toys, Educational Products, Stationery, Ed Tech, or FMCG industry preferred
Compensation: Salary range between 25 – 30 LPA
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Identify and expand new business opportunities across schools, educational institutions, distributors, retailers, modern trade, and e-commerce channels.
Build and manage key accounts, strategic partnerships, and distribution networks.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and business agreements.
