As a Workforce Analyst & Organization Planning Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with Business Units to understand, analyze trends and patterns on volume injection in order to addresses some of partner largest and most complex people-related challenges and sustainable business results. Our key capabilities include:
Productivity management
Design and provide policies, procedures and regulations on productivity management of impacting staffing and scheduling, thereby increasing the organization‘s productivity;Design the detailed goal setting and cascading, cycle and activities, performance evaluation & rating scale, performance distribution, calibration, roles of relevant stakeholders, linkage with rewards, etcOversee process management of real-time scheduling and workload management to meet service-level requirements;Carry out analysis and evaluation reports on work...
