Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received from distributors across multiple channels, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided.
Process customers' policy change requests within agreed turnaround times, while maintaining full compliance with the company's requirements and all relevant regulatory standards.
Review and manage legal documents for policies assigned to banks as collaterals and assignments to trust institutions and entities.
Prepare and issue CSV month end statements requested by distributors and banks.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect process changes and ensure service consistency.
Deliver other adhoc tasks or projects assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Diploma holder in business or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in policy servicing team in the life insurance industry.
