Build and lead the GTM Partnerships team: Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team of GTM Partnership Managers, fostering a strong performance and coaching culture.
Own GTM strategy and delivery: Set direction and run the GTM Partnerships function to consistently generate high-quality, high-value partner leads across priority verticals (, Retail, Software, Tourism, and other cross-border sectors).
Contribute hands-on as an IC: Personally source, win, and grow strategic partners, ensuring they clearly understand companyβs value proposition and can deliver qualified leads to the Inbound Sales team.
Improve partner productivity: Build partner programs, incentive structures, and joint initiatives to increase engagement and lead generation in key segments.
