Description

As the HM Loan Officer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Loan Officer(s) in managing the residential mortgage pipeline from preapplication to closing (including, but not limited to, duties such as administrative, customer service, and taking loan applications). In addition, you will be accountable for compiling the loan package and follow-up to ensure the necessary documentation for a complete loan package.

Primary responsibilities include

+ Provide administrative support to the loan originator while providing world class customer service to internal and external customers.

+ Handle multiple tasks such as filing, entering loan application data, scheduling meetings, calling various departments to ensure smooth processing of individual loan files.
