Functional (job responsibilities)

• Providing pro‑active, in‑depth, business‑focused legal advice to the various disciplines and functions within the Bank and the Bank Group in an effective and timely manner to ensure that legal risks, issues and disputes are minimized.
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating on a broad range of documentation, including but not limited to banking documentation, as well as other types of business, commercial and transactional documentation such product documentation, contracts, etc, balancing legal and regulatory requirements.
• Partnering with cross functional teams, including working closely with legal teams of subsidiaries and overseas branches, to identify, analyze and mitigate legal risks in relation to business initiatives, projects, operations and new products and strategize to develop legally acceptable solutions.
