Main Purpose of Job

This position assists in the comprehensive case management and supportive services for individuals living with HIV/AIDS to ensure continuity of care, improve health outcomes, and reduce barriers to treatment and prevention services. The primary purpose of this position is to provide support activities that protect and promote the health and well-being of Kent County residents through HIV prevention, education, testing, linkage to care, and support services, consistent with the Kent County Health Department's mission.
Duties include conducting supporting STI testing at the Whitsitt Center, assisting clients with access to medical and supportive resources, and providing client intake and check-in support when the clinic's administrative assistant is unavailable.
