Job Description:
- Achieve primary, secondary sales and distribution targets in the assigned territory.
- Drive expansion of distribution by improving numeric and weighted reach, ensuring product visibility.
- Manage and lead the sales team including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding balances.
- Monitor and implement sales processes, including field reporting and MIS systems.
- Plan and execute sales forecasts, minimizing gaps between targets and actual performance.
