**Hiring Shipping and Receiving Clerk With Pay Up To $17/hour In Chicago, IL**

**Responsibilities :**

+ Move, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes both manually and using hand carts.
+ Perform frequent physical movements including walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and bending throughout the shift.
+ Lift, carry, push, and pull boxes ranging from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs across various surfaces, stairs, and inclines.
+ Read labels and process incoming and outgoing orders accurately.
+ Use a proprietary computer system to track inventory and determine box locations.
+ Operate handheld scanners to update and manage inventory records.
+ Climb ladders and maintain balance when retrieving or storing materials.
+ Load and shrink wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.
+ Load boxes onto pallets and assist with loading pallets onto trucks using manual effort or material handling equipment.
