Acquisition of new talent across business, keeping in line with the strategic directions of the organisation
Increase HR service delivery through HR Connectand one-one meets in location/virtual visits
Handling entire employee life cycle as well as taking attrition analysis, productivity, branch visits; understanding business needs and providing them manpower
Responsible for Career Planning & progression of Key Associates
Identifying training needs across various levels mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies
HR SPOC for line managers on HR operational issues (Leave, Transfers, New Joinee formalities, HRMS updation, Exits etc)
Maintaining employee documentation & MIS related to hiring and attrition(Manpower budgets, offer letters etc)
Special recognisition from the Zonal Head for stabilizing Karnataka Region
