Position Overview
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for sanitary pads, baby diapers, cosmetics, and hygiene products.- Ensure growth in primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory- Handle and manage distributors/stockists to ensure adequate coverage and product availability.- Regularly visit retailers, chemists, and general trade outlets to maintain strong business relationships.- Ensure stock replenishment and timely order booking.- Increase retail penetration by identifying and onboarding new outlets.- Expand presence in under-served and potential markets within the territory.- Plan and execute route plans/beat plans for maximum territory coverage.- Ensure effective product placement and visibility at retail points.- Implement trade schemes and promotions at the ground level.- Coordinate with Sales Promoters or field executives to drive execution on ground.- Support training for field staff and retail partners on product knowledge and selling techniques.- Monitor and report on ma...
