Foreign Entity Books Closure:
Managing End to End book of a Foreign Entity Ensuring timely books closure as per corporate timeliness along with submission of details Manging RPT compliance, regulatory compliance Partnership with Consolidation team for Global consolidation ask Working with various stakeholders to ensure closure of statutory audit as well as signed financials for the Board meeting and annual publishing, statutory filings based on annual due dates Ensuring quality review of financials along with variance analysis Ensuring compliance with tax and fiscal laws like VAT, Intra-stat, etc including transfer pricing Managing receivables /payables and RBI compliance Controlling COE
